Good store, didn't have the shed we were looking for on display. Potter garden shed Other than that, pretty good.
Very shocking customer service, walking in and was greeted by a lady at the front counter, happy with that and after that it went down hill. I was looking to buy a metal cabinet, I was browsing for good five minutes still no one to assist me so I decided to search for someone, found four sales assistant around a counter just talking and not bothering to assist until I asked someone for help, a guy named Luke reply with attitude saying “what do you want” I said you got four people just standing there talking and not worrying about customer service, so I left and not returning to Canningvale branch…nVery disappointing
I ordered a HandiMate shed online and it was delivered within 2 business days. Very happy with the product, it's a great little shed. Will recommend to others.
What a fantastic experience! Thank you Corey McCleary for making this so enjoyable, completely took the hassle out of the design process and seeing the 3D image of the design is so helpful! Phone and email communication has been amazing, clear and informative. I had an idea of what I wanted but Corey's knowledge helped me make the best choices to design the custom shed. Thank you Corey, very happy customer! I recommend Stratco to all my friends and family now as I know you're in good hands with Corey. Thank you again =D
I ordered through the Malaga branch and was told my order would be delived on a friday,end of day friday called stratco and got the call centre which is the canning vale store was told be the customer service person couldn't see my order and the store wasn't picking up the phone.Monday comes around no communication from them and now its Tuesday so i ring again and get the call centre,who cut me off i ring again and speak to a peson called Deb and i explain my situation and say there communication is rubbish and she proceeds to tell me i'm rude,she can't distinguish between a statement and rudeness after a heated discussion i hang up and go to the Malaga store where i find out the truth about whats happened from the very helpfull assist manager Claudia who listens to my winge and personally sorts my order without hessitation along with the salesperon Stephen, those two people deserve a pat on the back for what they are doing with the position there in at the store. Deb should be taught customer service before doing the job and tell people the truth they accept it better than lies.
