I needed a small garden bed in an otherwise unwanted space. Stratco had just the item, right size and shape. Online ordering and pick up was simple. Great service at the pick up location.
I am only commenting on the system not the frazzled girls you actually finally get to speak to and deal with. But not being able to call an individual location means you get the Stratco Call Centre, and we'll get back to you, sorry we have so many people waiting and calling in, sorry I have to check and get back to you, makes you give up after four and a half hours of waiting to hear back if items are in stock and if you can purchase them.
I agree with Derrick below. I'm really sorry I distracted your staff member when I was trying to buy something, it was very inconsiderate of me and I'll work harder at my customer skills. It's probably the only way I'll be able to deal with the obnoxious, arrogant, ignorant, miserable passive aggressive sad-sack Stratco team member I just tried to communicate with.
Purchased and installed a garden shed with them. Consultant and installer Priyo camenout and advised on type and size of shed due to the limited space I had.nPriyo and team were amazing during the whole process, great communication, on time, excellent job overall. Also shed looks bigger and better than I expected. Very happy with it.
We bought the new pod shed for something a little more modern than the usual shed. We needed a solution on the smaller side to fit in our backyard and still look great and this was perfect. The guys at Stratco organised for Priyo to come out and install the shed for us and he was fantastic. His communication was excellent, arrived exactly when he said that he would and put the shed together with no fuss. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a quality shed and installer. Quick and easy process. Cheers Priyo and Stratco.
