Most staff helpful today, a big difference from just plain rude 10 years or so ago. After the previous experience I never wanted to go there again, forced to replace a product sourced from there by a third party I actually put off going until the last minute and was surprised that it was a better experience than I was anticipating but still not quite the standard of other businesses.

The store closing in canningvale does not match on your website.. Pls fix people are confuse!

We recently ordered through Stratco and after finding the wrong measurements had been taken by staff and several failed promises we are very disappointed. Dealing with Stratco has made the whole process much longer and difficult than it should have been - even after a promise of a partial refund (yet to be seen)
