A really nice bloke named Adam at the information desk topped of with a rude lady manager that came out of we office ready to fight me and oppose everything that I say. She shouted at me and then blamed me for shouting at her. Quite Ironic. I can't understand how she is the manager of such a big store, she should be the role model and should show her staff how to provide a good customer service but that is the total opposite to what's happening. Shame on her She should learn something from the likes of Adam. Quite disappointed.

Brendan at special orders is one top bloke. Goes out of his way to take the time and effort making sure you are given all the help and advice necessary. More people like him are needed.

A one stop shop for all your household needs. From the smallest screw to tools in the kitchen, garden, bathroom fixtures and what-have-you. They even have a coffee shop inside and a mini playground. Friendly staff greets you at the entrance. They even have plants and pots and all the imaginable things you'll need to complete your projects at home.
