Domino's Pizza Vermont South

Just writing my experience from an incident which happened 4 months ago. Manager of the store doesn't sound like he enjoys his position. He doesn't respond to employment queries in a professional manner . "Ya, u come store give resume ". Not sure how someone of that nature gets employed to a management position. If you advertise that you're hiring and someone enquirers about it then learn to speak enthusiastically to potential employees about how to apply and what the correct procedure is.

They messed up my pizza order, I had to wait another 10 minutes for them to remake it, then they left the pizzas out of the warming oven so they were cold when I collected them. Then when I got home, I noticed they failed to put in the extra sauce i requested. Absolutely Incompetent

Had a frustrating interaction with Vermont Store. I order Pizza via the Online Domino's App, the order was sent to the wrong store Vermont South. The delivery address was Narre Warren. Upon calling the store to rectify the mistake & hopefully get a refund for a service I was not going to receive. I was told that the manager would be in later in the day, which is no issue, I was happy to resolve this throughout the day. When calling back at the later date. I was met with hostility & rudeness from this manager. This manager blantanly refused to hear anything I had to say & refused to refund the full amount stating that he "didn't have, as it was my fault" & "I wasted time & cost the company money". Lucky I'm not living near this store, as I would refuse to order from Domino's.

My order was sent to the wrong store and a refund was declined as the manager rudely explained that I am to blame and that he will only provide possible a partial refund if any at all. The kind of attitude towards customers leads me to believe that Dominos does not hire anyone with previous customer service experience to manage at their stores. If you want good pizza and good service, go somewhere else.

Ordered pizza with no cheese, wanted it to be Vegan as possible. Got home only to discover cheese and feta, so much for the online ordering. Filled out the complaint form, but heard nothing, that was 2 weeks ago.
