Domino's Pizza Ingleburn

Worst store ever,. This is the first time I order pizza in this store and they made me not to eat pizza in life. Order vegetarian pizza and they contaminated it,see pics ,not even for veg pizza they contaminated for cheese pizza. Vegetarians please keep an eye before eating or ordering the pizza from this store . They don't even use clean or different knife for veg pizzas

Dont waste your time or money his is for a 25 dollar loaded pepperoni after they told me they had no ice cream to make the thick shakes i offered to bring some lol or no thin bases This is after i explained to put pepperoni all over the pizza because i had them returned twice before

I never eat pizza. Thought I would today as I have the day off… pizza come, all the toppings off the pizza, paid for extra prawns on my garlic prawn pizza & didn’t even get enough to have 1 per slice also had next to no spinach. A shame because it would of been super yummy from what I could taste from the 2 eatable slices. The delivery guy went to the wrong house & my poor neighbour had to come out in the rain to show him where I lived 2 meters away…. even tho my instructions were clear & in capitals. Just lazy service tbh.

To be fair $5 pizzas are always an attraction to young families but as an option this Domino's ingleburn has slowly become a no-no. One, the pizza was not cut properly. Two, the ingredients were thrown on the middle. Three, the crust was overcooked and barely had any cheese on it. Four, I had to wait while listening to the staff talk at the back. Five, our pizzas had been ready but not put in a warm spot while the staff were talking. And six, the customer service was terrible. The staff cut the pizza within site at just did a shoddy job and didn't care. I had hungry kids at home so my options were limited and we'd also paid online. Incase management is interested this was yesterday lunch time 4/09/22. Since reopening the service has steadily gotten worse.

Order 3 chicken piza, but they served meat like chorizo. Went back to the store, the man must be the boss or manager claimed that its chicken and said can't refund or made new. Very rude and lowest level of customer service. He threw the pizzas onto the bin before me and never said sorry. Had a horrible experience and will never go this place again!!!

We made an order with Dominoes Ingleburn and there was a mistake with our order, we tried to ring them on 3 different phones over 8 times and they refused to answer the phone, it kept ringing out… the worst customer service I have received and will not be ordering from here again! I highly suggest the manager of this store reviews their staff management and has a look into why the calls were not answered.

Unbelievable service! My delivery was over 40 minutes late. Every time I call the store, they say: "We are running a bit behind". The girl who answered the phone, was rude and careless. No apology at all. This is the second time I've had a delivery from this store and the second time its been delayed.

Worst store ever!!! Don't even bother wasting ur time here. Honestly go to wollies or Coles and get urself a frozen pizza because not only will it taste better. Most pathetic. It was 11 pm and I had just come back from a night out and was hungry. I ordered 2 pizzas for me and my friend online and paid through card. It was ordered at 11.41. For somerwason the status of my order delivery was not processing and I rang Dominoes who transferred to Dominoes Ingleburn. The guy was so rude and intimidating that he told me my order is canceled and I must eat at McDonalds. He said no orders will be taken after 11.45. I ordered at 11.41 and would like to know one good reason why I can't get the service for which I paid for. He said the order is canceled and hung up. I went to the store next day morning and the manager said he doesn't know anything about the order and he can't do anything and that I'll get my money in 1 to 2 business days. I will take the matter to NSW Civil and Admin Tribunal. This is not the way to treat customers.

ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH, had to put 1 star to leave a review. The pizza bases are paper thin. Garlic prawn pizza had 4, yes 4 small prawns. WILL NOT BE GOUNG BACK!!!
