It’s in very centrally located and has plenty of car park spaces and has coles hungry jacks near to it.  Service is also good and staff is friendly

The staff are great, pizzas are tasty and we'll priced! if there's any issues they're very nice about it and usually try make things right with you, it's typically something I wouldn't bother about, say instead of getting a deep pan pizza I might've recieved a standard, so barely can call it an issue. They even sent me a Christmas card with some vouchers, very thoughtful. Thank you Dominos Ballarat!!!

Young fella was really helpful when we were confused about the Cheese Burger pizzas and whether there was an option for the Non Plant Based. Friendly staff, super clean pizza shop. Parking might be a slight issue but there is Coles and their carpark in the same spot.Food: 5/5

Management treat staff super poorly. There were some mistakes with my pizza but the management put the two girls on blast in the back while not wearing any head coverings themselves while doing quality control. It was rough. Definitely more concerned over immediate loss of profit over staffing.

This dominos location in Ballarat is normally a nice place to order from, with their regular deals on pizzas and sides, its a no brainer. Save time and money regularly. Unfortunately tonight I received this deconstructed lava cake as a side.  What happened to the quality you used to have? As someone who worked in retail and hospitality, I get it, some days are hard. But come on, this ain't it chief.

Got the pizza today and really disappointed with the toppings. Hardly any and not worth money. Pizza box weighs more than the pizza. Lots of room for improvement guys.

Terrible experience! They have poor communication between the shop & the delivery driver regarding their over the phone payments, putting the driver & customer in an awkward situation. I called them tonight to promptly rectify the situation & to express my concerns for the poor young driver who shouldn’t have had to deal with that… but was instead laughed at down the phone by the young brat girl who took my call! Wow! Does your boss know you speak to customers like that & behave like that at work? The pizza wasn’t even slightly good. It was a stern reminder to support an independent pizza shop in the future. 29/3/22 8pm

Pathetic delivery experience for my order last night. I ordered through Uber eats and it took more than an hour and a half to deliver. Had to repeatedly call the restaurant as they didn’t bother to update the estimated delivery time. Reading past reviews it appears these guys are consistent in delayed delivery.

I paid extra 20min garrantee . They failed to deliver. Recieved free pizza voucher.This store would not honour when ordering online or over phone 1 week later. Will never order from dominoes ever again. Disgraceful. Better service from Pizzahut .. I recommend Pizzhut Golden Point. Never had issues with them

BE AWARE!!!! Worst place worst pizza and the worst staff i ever seen in my life. Minus zero rating,  they even dont have an idea what they r selling , aswell lady were there telling even she is not 100 % sure with topping after even mentioning there that i am vegan .
