Domayne

I just wanted to leave a review for Jason, the store manager at Domayne in the Springvale Homemakers Centre. My husband and I were on the look out for a new couch when we stumbled into Domayne for the first time. We had an idea on what we were after, but really weren't sure if we were going to find it or if it would be right for our space and home. Shortly after we came into the store Jason came up to us to see he could be of help. Quickly and efficiently he walked us through a variety of options after listening to our basic and confused ideas. He was so nice as to ask us more about our home, to even look at photos, and offer a true opinion which for us, was much appreciated. He was honest, considerate and inspirational. Jason then recommended something we would not have even looked at ourselves. It was within our price range, a beautiful Australian made couch, in our choice of colour and fabric, and a speedy turn around time. We had just missed out on the end of year sales (by that very morning), and Jason decided to honour that for us which really almost bought a tear to our eye. In that instant, we bought the couch! I just wanted to extend our thanks for possibly the best customer service we have received during our new home adventure. Thank you Jason! We can't wait to enjoy our new couch.

Just had 2 big custom couches delivered by 2 friendly delivery guys. No damage to anything (we have 2 flights of steps). They even took out the old couches! When buying the couches, Jessie was extremely efficient and placed our order in a matter of minutes. She made us feel confident that the right suite in the right colour was going to be made! Thank you for an excellent customer experience!

I ordered some wine glasses online. Unfortunately they were broken when they were delivered. I contacted Tracey at Domayne in Springvale and she couldn't have been more helpful. The items were replaced immediately and delivered in perfect condition. Thanks Tracey for taking so much care. I look forward to visiting the store when we build our new home!! Excellent customer service!!

Great service from Lisa who kept us updated on arrival date. Teal leather sofa is beautiful and even better than we'd hope. Altogether an excellent experience.
