We went there during the Christmas to look at dining table, chairs and bed frame. Bedding department was a bit quiet and we didn't get too much attention from the sales. But eventually we did get a price for some things. The furniture department was great. Sales people there were much more proactive and helpful. The salesman didn't pressure us to buy anything at all. We loved that they gave us time and space to talk between ourselves. We ordered some dining chairs at last. The most disappointing part was, we were told that the chairs would arrive in 5 weeks. Just received a call last week, they told me they were not arriving until April... That would be 16 weeks!!

The most disgusting staff ever!!! Extremely disappointed about the service and the staff. I went to buy a kettle and no one helped me in finding a good kettle. There was a female sales rep who is in charge of kitchen appliances and I walked towards her and asked about kettles. What she said was "I'm busy with another customer". I excused and asked about kettle brands and her reply was, "All the kettles are same". How funny the answer was! Do we need any representatives just to hear that stupid answer??? Never recommend this place to anyone and I will never go to Springvale Harvey Norman to buy stuff. I spent approximately 20 - 30 minutes at the show room and had to return without purchasing the kettle. This incident has happened on 06th January 2018 between 12:30 - 1:00 PM

I got my MacBook Pro from here August 2016. I was served by the Asian guy with a New Zealand accent. He told me that within about a year it is guaranteed to start messing up and so because of that he said the best option is to pay $300 in 3 years while it’s under warranty. I didn’t pay it and got the laptop without it and over a year later into 2018 my laptop works just as good as the first day I bought it. They try to scam you with extra payments! Be careful. I’m happy with my laptop but I’d highly recommend Apple Store since they won’t rub any extra payments in your face.

Raj was an amazing help with our purchase of our new tv. He is super friendly and made our visit to Harvey Norman Springvale the most memorable. If you need assistance with anything I would only recommend Raj as he really made us feel comfortable and trusted. As for the other staff, the workers need to at least smile and welcome customers as the other man we dealt with wasn't friendly at all and blamed a damaged product on us which Raj reinsured that everything is okay. I believe that Raj is a valued worker and surely does represent the store so positively.

Went in to buy a memory foam pillow and was served by Irene in the Manchester department. She took the time to show me a whole range of pillows and gave me a great deal on the one I chose. Very pleased with her service.
