I was looking for a new couch, and was assisted by David. He helped me through the entire process, asking lots of questions to help suggest options and things for me to consider - very polite and professional. Once I chose a couch, he helped me set up the delivery, and once it has arrived faster than first estimated he called to check in and make sure everything was good - great after purchase support. Very impressed by this level of service, and thanks again David for your help!
It was a really disappointing experience. I went to buy a dining set, and when I received it, it was broken. I had to wait two months for them to replace it, and they promised to thoroughly inspect the product before handing it over. After waiting for two months, the replacement arrived with a completely broken chair. The quality of the dining set is horrible, and the customer service is really poor. Don’t waste your time or money buying from them.
