Saw Dr Pallavi and she was very helpful, efficient and friendly. Had to have a blood test following my appointment and Sharon was fantastic - finding my vein with no problem despite my not being prepared at all for a blood test (no water or eaten yet all day). She was also very friendly and sweet to chat to. Lovely experience.

Fantastic doctors. They really engage with their patients and explain procedures. My son has been so well looked after following a couple of surgeries. Helen is a wonderful friendly receptionist. Highly recommend

Dr Sarulatha Visnumogan you are an absolute LEGEND and an asset to this practice! I have seen you a few times now, with today's visit on the back of having attempted to visit another nearby practice only to be met with the worst service and professionalism I have ever encountered. Thank you for your patience, care and understanding. I came in visibly upset but as always I was able to leave having laughed and with a smile on my face. Referrals are vital in any industry and you have mine! Doctors@Knox please NEVER lose Dr Sarulatha Visnumogan!! 😁👍

Highly prepared professionals and very friendly staff. I also like the fact that they are willing to listen to your family history and do take the time to investigate things. It is not your usual 5-10min bulk billed appointment.
