Excellent medical practice - all service provisions available in the one place. All staff, Doctors, Nurses and Allied Staff are fantastic. Special mention for Dr Helen Hsu - very compassionate and genuinely cares about her patients. Always makes you feel comfortable. I can highly recommend this practice. Have being coming here for more than 6 years.
Really caring Doctors here. Felt very looked after... and a shout out to the nurses working in the treatment room, they had to deal with me after I had a bad morning and they were so kind and understanding. I left feeling much better after my treatment than when I arrived.. thank you so much.
My experience getting a blood test here was good, though it was awkward trying to find the doctor meant to do it as he was late coming back from a lunch break. When he did arrive he ignored those waiting in favour of going straight back into his office. We had to knock before I was able to get my blood test done. The actual blood test was a decent experience, though when I asked if there was any way I could find out my blood type through this test because of plans to donate blood and in the case of emergencies, I was told it would cost a shocking $90 out of pocket. Granted, I was told the reason was because blood type would need to be tested again upon emergencies anyway in the event of a mistake, though it still shouldn't cost that much.. For anybody looking to find out their blood type, going for a blood donation will allow you to find out for free.
Dr Johnson is the best GP I have ever seen, he is professional, friendly and extremely helpful. He is fluent in both English and Mandarin. The reception ladies are friendly and caring too! The best clinic I have ever been to, really appreciate it.
Dr Pallavi is incredible! She is thorough, comforting and so knowledgeable. It is so reassuring to know that she cares as much for my families health as I do! And she can give needles better than anyone I’ve ever experienced!
Excellent Dr's who genuinely care for their patients. All of the staff are very friendly and do whatever they can to help. A great family practice for my husband, myself and our little ones.
Staff are lovely and very welcoming. A huge thank you to reception, Dr Austin Chow & the nurses for going above & beyond & for fitting me in last minute for an appointment. Highly recommend MedCentral Knox Medical Centre !! :D
Absolutely lovely and very accommodating of me even though I didn't have an appointment. Special thanks to Yvette and Monisha, who looked after me,and also to the lovely receptionist whose name I forgot. 11/10, highly recommend
After calling numerous doctors in the area for an appointment for my toddler and being told sorry no new patients on public holidays, when our regular gp was closed, I spoke with Jane in reception who was so accomodating and got us an appointment within the next hour! We got to see Dr Pallavi who was very informative and kind, and was even happy to weigh my toddler, which had nothing to do with why we were there, I had just been a worry wart about it. I have never had such a lovely experience at a clinic! Thank you so much!
My doctor Dr Arpitis the best. although he is very busy but he is always thorough and provides best treatment to me. The staffs here are very helpful and friendly. There are also dietitian, podiatrist, physiotherapist here that I see regularly. They are all very nice and very professional. This practice is also bulkbill. You can't find a better medical practice than here, really, honestly.
