headspace is the National Youth Mental Health Foundation. We help young people who are going through a tough time. headspace Knox offers a team of friendly health experts who can discuss and help with a range of concerns or problems, including

* Mental health
* Alcohol and other drug support
* General health
* Work and study services

Thanks for the staff from headspace introducing me a job, but the employer is dishonest and toxic, which is making me anxious about working for the company. The staff at Headspace suggested that I should continue working there,that makes me feel terrible,I won't get advice from headspace staff anymore.
I would like to thank Caity, she is absolutely amazing with helping my daughter get the correct help she needed. All these years doors kept closing on her and now they are open and she is finally getting the correct help that she needs. 100% recommend headspace Ringwood especially Caity.
Such an amazing service with great staff, from reception to psychologists. the services I get are just incredible I could not recommend any more if I could!
Headspace Knox it a amazing place with amazing people working there they are very compassionate to all problems and cater to every one issues they have a calm gentle approach with everyone my experience they are the best counsellors I have ever worked with and the girls at the front desk always have a smile on their face's
