In the beginning we were so nervous and worried and had so many questions. Carmen is really lovely and really made us feel less worried. There are no high pressure sales at all, and they will give you time to think about your options. Can highly recommend.
My son did his Helmet Therapy for his Plagiocephaly here, at Masson healthcare. Carmen went above & beyond to make sure that we understand how it works and what to expect. She also keeps on making adjustment to my son’s helmet, to make sure that it gets better. At the end we are satisfied with the result and the service they provided to us!
My son got his helmet from Massons in Feb this year.He was 8 months then and we had very good results.Danieka has been wonderful throughout answering all our questions.We are very happy we chose massons to get helmet.It was very quick process and we got our helmet within 2 weeks from the first time we made a phone call.My son's head is round now and we are very satisfied with result
