I was late for 10 mins for the appointment and I knew and I was willing to wait a bit becoz I missed the appointment, but they put four patiences before me and I had to wait almost for an hour!!!!! Indeed the doctor was still available when I just arrived and the receptionist didn't inform the doctor and put me after the four patiences, I couldn't say they were wrong coz I was late, but they could do better in the arrangement, and the receptionist with black hair was rude and for this reason I will never go again. If I could spend an hour to wait for a doctor appointment in this clinic I would rather go for a more well known doctor who can do bulk bill for my kid. Like the one in Vermont called dr pan.

Dr Sanjivi was excellent. Listened to all my matters attentively. Very kind and friendly staff. Got my little one's vaccination from there and it was all good. Plenty of parking at the premises.

Terrible customer service- I booked appointment online- turned up to scheduled appointment only to be told there was a $75 dollar fee after 4pm- this was not mentioned when booking or on confirmation email. Half decent customer service would ensure that people would be informed of fees upon booking. Reception staff clearly knew this information is not being disclosed upon booking. Unimpressed.

I'm slowly being put off attending this practice, not because of the lovely doctor I see there, but because of their changers of practice! Seems to be just money grabbing ! No-Bulk billing after 4pm if you cancel you get fined . Aren't doctors on good wagers ?

Pretty short waiting times. The doctors (not all though!) are generally good and attentive to your needs. A big thank you, especially to Dr Lucy..
