I was there to have my license renewed, change my address details for all dot coms they focus mainly on driving assess and license renewed etc but don't do marine and some other things. but that being said lots of service operators 3 tickets displayed at one time on screen,, very short wait time Supa service high turnover deliberate policy great idea,,very nice bright young lady smiling nothing a problem, great attitude,I think the vibe there is very good just a good feel to clear any possibility if a backlog, the system they use here it can't happen.ive been 3 times in 2 years I drive the extra 15 minutes up the freeway for a cheerful fast no stress service with a smile. i was there at 2 pm on a Monday, not busy but a full crew to take care of it anyway. great experience.
I had my driving test at the Joondalup Licensing Centre and the experience with assessor 2500 was completely unacceptable.nnThe assessor’s attitude was aggressive, rude and highly unprofessional. Instead of creating a calm environment during an already stressful test, they made the situation unnecessarily intimidating. The communication was also very difficult to understand, which caused confusion throughout the assessment. On top of that, there was a very unpleasant odor that made the experience even more uncomfortable.nnAfter reading other reviews, it’s clear this is not an isolated incident. There are multiple complaints describing the same behaviour from the same assessor, which is extremely concerning.nnA driving assessor should be professional, respectful and capable of communicating clearly. Someone with this attitude should not be in a position where they are dealing with the public and assessing drivers. The Department of Transport seriously needs to investigate these repeated complaints and take action.
Pleasantly surprised when l went to Joondalup centre. Very efficient system, greeted at door and assisted with correct ticket to obtain from touch machine. Warm, friendly service , in and out within 15 minutes including having new driver's license photo taken.
My partner had his driving test at the Joondalup licensing centre and unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing.nThe assessor’s attitude assessor 2500, was unprofessional and verbally aggressive, which made an already stressful situation even worse. On top of that, the communication was very difficult to understand, which added unnecessary confusion during the test. There was also a strong unpleasant odor that made the whole experience even more uncomfortable.nnWhat is most concerning is that after reading other reviews, it seems this is not an isolated case. There are multiple similar complaints about the same issue, which raises serious concerns about the standards being upheld.nnA driving test should be conducted in a respectful, calm and professional manner. This experience did not reflect that at all. It would be good to see some action taken to address these recurring issues.
Awful experience up here. Arrived 30 mins before learners test to be told that I didnt have a test on record showed my dotdirect and was guided to pay 125 to book another conveniently 2 months in the future. The first practical driving assessment is meant to be free and ive been swindled into paying for my first.nTo then ring the DoT number and have them tell me that the people at Joondalup had my test on record and supposedly waited for me.
