When I first arrived, everything appeared to be in order. However, my experience with assessor 2489, the woman with tattoos on one arm Beck, was nothing short of disastrous. Her demeanor was shockingly unprofessional and her conduct was wildly erratic. Initially, she seemed pleasant, but that impression quickly evaporated.nnDuring the driving test, everything started off smoothly. But as we approached a traffic light at Joondalup Shopping Centre, I found myself in an extremely precarious situation. I stopped in the middle of the intersection while waiting to turn, and verbally noted the visibility issues I was facing. On the other side, there was a car moving at a crawl—20 km/h in a 50 km/h zone. I seized the opportunity to proceed, only to have Beck abruptly pull the handbrake and accuse me of failing to give way to oncoming traffic.nnI explained that the car in question was far from the intersection and hadn’t even reached the traffic light. Nevertheless, Beck insisted on her judgment. Remarkably, the vehicle I allegedly failed to yield to didn’t even make it through the light before I did.nnWhen we returned to the DOT, Beck began to justify my failure, repeating the same flawed reasoning. Despite my attempts to clarify the situation, she responded with, “Maybe it was my fault; I don’t know.” Her admission of uncertainty only added to my frustration. Moreover, she claimed, “We are not here to fail you,” yet her actions suggested otherwise. If you encounter assessor 2489, I strongly advise you to request a different assessor immediately.nnI’ve faced this problematic assessor twice, and both times I was unfairly failed for the same reasons. In stark contrast, assessor 2513, who conducted my successful test, was professional, relaxed, a GOAT, and genuinely competent. If you value a fair assessment, avoid assessor 2489 at all costs.
All the staff were very attentive.nI did my pda and the assessor was very nice and kind.nTook me literally 5 min to be called at counter.nEfficient. Worth the travel to Joondalup.
Had a wonderful experience with one of the staff helping me with my plates. She was very helpful and respectful and showed she actually cared about what she was doing. It was a very nice experience
I just had a wonderful experience with Mr Nalin. He was very helpful and nice. As English is my second language so while the exam he has explained everything clearly and gently. I could give 10 stars if I can. He’s awesome. Thank you so much Nalin from Thi Nguyen.
