I posted some items and inquired for postage costs .
I got 1st class service from the moment I lined up,
Val the lady who served me was so helpful explaining the different options 
for posting, she even gave me a Post booklet and circled in which is the best option.
She smiled, was very patient, talkative ..I received the best customer service !
Thank you.  
I also bought a magazine and the other ladies, Kelly and Elisha were fantastic...
