The driving examiner needs a personality adjustment.nnHe came out in such a mood, and the only reason I know his name is because I had to ask him as he wouldn’t introduce himself. He is really bad at communication and is so angry. I’ve talked with multiple friends that have said that he made them cry and gave them anxiety, also other reviews here say the exact same thing. Within seconds of meeting him, he made me feel very uneasy and gave me so much anxiety. I think he needs to keep his feelings in their own place.nnHe yelled at me and said “Why are you going so slow” - I was going 40km… we were about to be in a school zone.nHe also told me that there is no need to indicate exiting a roundabout, which is know is not right.nHe says directions very late and if there are multiple free parks, he only wants the park that we just passed.nnAnyways best to go with Ipswich, if you aren’t willing to get an emotionally disturbed driving examiner
I rocked up early for the later Wednesday opening to renew my driver's licence. Lots of parking in the streets around if you don't get parked directly outside.nDoors opened on time and we were welcomed in by a young lady.nnAnother young lady jumped up from her desk to help us all obtain the correct ticket. I was seen to by a lovely man in his 50s who explained the process for my visit.nnI left 7 minutes later!!nnI had read some really bad reviews about this branch but decided to give it a go ..... sooo pleased I did!nnThank you Gatton Transport & Main Roads department ... such a breath of fresh air to get good friendly service
The staff is good but one of the examiner lacks basic communication skills and human decency as I observed from my driving test a couple of weeks ago. He yelled at me and the tone was aggressive and hostile. I paid for the test to not receive treatment like this. Disgraceful and shameful.
They skip my number, I got second ticket, still same happened, I wait 40 minutes, but people’s come after me and gone I was still there, then I came back home without my rego renew, its very bad experience. I will never go again there
Very poor service went for hc licence upgrade payed fee got email confirmation for booking on day of test showed up early the instructer came out said can't test you your not from this post code how did you get booked in if your not from this area tried to explain called me a lair wasted my time and then instructor said I wasted his time also won't give me a refund do not recommend going here at all very rude and poor service not happy at all
