The women who work here are highly professional and polite and do their jobs well. While I was waiting for my turn I witnessed two separate parties act so rudely towards a staff member who was doing her best to help them. Retirees who have no business being so impatient! If you don't want to have to wait then maybe bring in the right forms in the first place and don't throw a hissy fit when the girl can't immediately interrupt the manager to help you! Anyways, rant over and my review of the people who attend the department is one star.
Expect excessive waiting times of 45 minutes to over an hour for a paid service. The service I required wasn’t available online, forcing me to attend in person twice. Each time, there were large numbers of people waiting outside because the space cannot accommodate everyone inside. The staff were polite and professional.
I gotta give a huge shout out to Bev behind No.4. What a superstar you are...!! Thank you so much for your help today. Have a great year!
