The Puiblic Trustee just texted me asking me to write a review.  Great idea.  I think people need to be aware that the Public Trustee can take a significant part of the inheritance as payment for services - it's NOT a free will. Also they don't really explain whole areas you need to be aware of. Very basic will. When we had ours re done recently we found some things had not been covered off.

Gold Coast office is completely useless. My sisters money is not being paid to her and is now at risk of becoming homeless due to Public Trustee's mismanagement. Lodging a QCAT administrator review today

Very helpful and understanding, made what to me was complex happen with ease and as I said understanding in no time at all

I found the Brisbane office USELESS, USELESS, USELESS. Could not get any sense or co-operation from the regular staff. However, after a complaint to senior management and a threat to haul them before QCAT, things got markedly better.

I don't recommend using the public trustee, they are very  expensive to process a will and takes a very long  time -10 months for my grandmothers will to be processed and it was a very straight forward one. . Much better to use a solicitor. Quicker and cheaper.

Not a Justice of the Peace service to the public.  How ironic! Nearest J P service is at Kawana Library.  QG pushing workload to local government.  So wrong.

These people are very good, helpful, polite, professional. Have recomended them to lots of people. My inlaws recomended them to me and i am very grateful.

Efficient, friendly and knowledgeable.
