This review is for the Justice of Peace. The lady was incredibly rude with absolutely no common courtesy. The staff at the library however were lovely.

Nice small library. Very helpful staff, plenty of handy workshops and a wide variety of books. The wifi has recently been upgraded and has been exceptional the last couple of times I've been here

I have always had a very good experience at Kawana library prior my last visit. I went in on May 28 to have my signatures witnessed by the Justice of Peace. Well unfortunately my experience with this lady was disgraceful. Not only she doubted official bank documents, she made me feel belittled, discriminated and incompetent as in her opinion I was presenting inaccurate paperwork and insufficient proof of identity  driver license + Medicare + passport. I feel this is a very clear abuse of power while this service is intended to support the community. I would like to let this lady know through my feedback that maybe she is not too competent as another Justice Of Peace On the same day witnessed my signatures with no issues whatsoever. I wasted half morning and 20 minutes drive to get to Kawana. To the library I would suggest to place Justices of the Peace who are better prepared and less biased. Very disappointed

Great library friendly staff and lots of books to choose. Free computers to use. I always find great books here and you can order books they don't have in stock. Go to the library now. You will thank your self.

Great place and workplaces to do work friendly cooperative staff

Spacious. Little nooks and crannies to hang out in. Friendly, approachable staff.

Came 1259 with my daughter Saturday the 15th May. Told them she had a book reserved she had been waiting for. Refused to let us in. Closing at 1 pm.Terrible service. Guess that is how it is, when you are employed by council.  Normally we get great service, but not today. Disappointing. I would have taken us 20 seconds to pick up that book.

Absolutely worst experience for a JP ever. the old lady really needs to know her duties and responsibilities. She demanded more information on my land contract and payments I was confused and definitely didn't require this information , which wasn't the documents requiring witnessing it was the bank documents.  furthermore these documents were JP certified previously with no issues Kawana police station, but required to be signed again due to the date expiry on the documents.  Your job today was to; Witnesses documents, furthermore as it states in your policy;  You won’t receive legal advice—they are not legally qualified to advise you on your legal matter. Which you stated mentioned today hence you didn't sign "you are not qualified".  either know your role or this was a racial issue for this outcome.  Very annoyed with the customers service.  I incourage fellow people to highly consider using other JPs, not from this location!!

Lovely generally quite library w helpful staff and regular JP. Good parking, playground w chickens alongside and 2min walk to Kawana shops
