I went in to change my licence and registration from NSW and the staff were phenomenal!

The whole process took some time but the staff were friendly, polite, knowledgable and so patient.

I didn't make it easy either, I made mistakes on the form and took a couple of goes to get the payment right but the staff weren't bothered at all, they simply maintained their friendly attitude.

I was impressed by how quickly we were served too.

Brilliant customer service, couldn't fault.

Definately lacks customer service and Knowledge too.....they asked us different documents and made us come twice....but still not sorted and have to come back again third time just for appearing at learners licence test.....Greg the supervisor is saying they cant link the name on marriage certificate issued internationally in english and they operate on state law .....blah...blah....blah....

In comparison to the Caloundra branch, this DOT seriously lacks customer service and consistency in knowledge.
