As a new patient, I found the staff very, understanding, caring and compassionate. They were all so lovely and really helped me with my anxiety and my dental needs. Emma, the dentist that took care of me, was very gentle and helped me feel comfortable and calm and explained what she is doing and the process went very smoothly.
As someone who used to run at the sight of a needle I was surprised at Emma's gentle hand and amazed at her seamless work with her helpful assistant Tania. With Narelle a delight to deal with at the front desk. I'd definitely recommend.
Very friendly staff. The dentist made us feel at ease, light heartedly chatting away with us, checking in and reassuring my son to ensure he was comfortable.
Thanks so much to Narelle and the amazing team who were kind enough to squeeze me in when I needed care . Not only was I seen ASAP but also fitted in to finish the next day . I am so very grateful for your kindness and will be back . 10/10
My Son & I have been patients of Dental Excel Palmwoods for years now and have to say it's the best Dental service around. The Dentists and the Dental assistants are so professional, caring, kind and thoughtful. We have been seeing Dr Shirley mostly and for us she's the person we want as our Dentist. My Son has a disability also and for him to visit such an outstanding caring service who can ask for more.

Highly recommend Emma Manse at Dental Excel. Had a dental emergency a year or so ago shortly after moving to Palmwoods. Called Dental Excel and Emma saw me on the same day and fixed the problem. Have been going there ever since and always receive great service. Emma is always friendly, informative and very professional. Have to mention Narelle at reception too - a really lovely lady who always gives a warm and friendly welcome. Thanks to all at Dental Excel, Palmwoods for providing such a great service.
Today was my first visit to Dental Excel at Palmwoods. Reception and staff made me feel very much at ease. My Dentist, Finbarr O'Sullivan was extremely professional and very thorough in his assessment of my dental problem. I have definitely found myself a great Dentist, and would highly recommend him to anyone. Margaret. .
Dental Excel at Palmwoods is a very caring, comfortable and friendly dental experience. I was quite nervous going there initially but all my concerns were put to rest. They are not judgemental at all and really make you feel comfortable. Shirley is a great dentist and Narelle on the front desk is very welcoming and efficient.
Emma is a very caring dentist who works quickly and efficiently. I have many dental issues and she has always offered helpful hints on how to manage them better. Linda, her nurse is always helpful while Narelle the face behind the desk, welcomes you with a smile and a quip. Great job ladies.
