Gold Class great, haven't gone to regular cinemas here. Staff great, food really good especially considering it's a movie theatre! If you fill up on the yummy food you really don't need the dessert..... but is dessert ever about need? Worth the cost for special occasions

The worst film experience!! When we went to our seats, there was a big mass with a lot of dirty rubbish on them. We let the staff know and the one service for us. We fund the manager again and one staff help us to clean. But the service is so bad. More importantly the seats still not as clean as any other cinema I been. I will never come back cos the worst service!

Most affordable with mostly friendly service. Quality of some of the regular cinema screens is lacking (individual pixels easily distinguished on some screens unless you're seated right up the back) recliner seats not throughout either, so in a sense you get what you pay for. Well advertised special screening events.

A lovely surprise - great service, comfortable seats, a wide selection of movies. I'm thrilled I found this place. It's wonderful to have an arts cinema right in Civic.

Worst experience ever at a cinema. Gold class premium cinema Denny Canberra We waited to eat at the cinema to enjoy the luxury of having it delivered to our seats, only to find out half the items on the menu were not available. No pizzas, no sandwiches as well as other items so not much choice to eat. Then ready to watch Star Wars - The Last Jedi and continually throughout the movie it kept glitching as if it was buffering like a YouTube video downloading.All the staff did was yell out sorry we're trying to fix it. The toilets, don't even bother- a total disgrace and that was in the premium lounge.
