Great quality food and surrounds for a nice shopping break.
Quiche was pretty good. Pie purchased was once warmed, but they couldn't reheat, but still tasted ok. Convenient toilet facility there. Can also pick up fruit, hot chicken, chocolates of sorts and some packaged snacks.
A generous portion of delicious pasta cooked right in front of you and served piping hot and full of flavour. Both the lady serving and the young man doing the cooking worked fast and courteously. Plus, by Sydney standards, the prices were very good too. Top marks.
Great service from the gentleman that served us at the wine section yesterday afternoon. He took the time to locate the champagne that we found difficult to source.
The David Jones Food Hall has a lot of delicious fresh food options and grocery products. You can also sit and eat at various stations. My favourite is the Asian food section where you can get freshly made noodles and fried rice dishes. I had a really nice prawn and coriander salad. #letsguide
