We took the Easy Rider 1.5 hour ride with Indigo, Tori and Amy as guides. It was an awesome experience. Everything was very smooth and seamless from start to finish. Great instruction from the guides and we all felt very comfotable with our horses even the first time rider in our group. We loved how the horses were so well looked after and our introduction to them before we started our trek. We also loved the philosophy of the company to look to the welfare of the animals as a priority.
We had a great experience doing a Graze and Glory ride, lunch was lovely, guide Teresa was friendly and knowledgeable, but most importantly loved their approach to the horses - natural horsemanship that meant the horses were well treated by their guest riders and this maximised the experience for the riders. Would definitely do again thank you. Would highly recommend for any level of rider!
A breath-taking experiences and stunning views. Started with instructions from our guide Amy. Very knowledgable and patient. A must try if you never been on horse before. An amazing two hours ride on horse along side the mountains Highly recommended.

We had an amazing time. The staff/hosts were very helpful and informative. We had a great rundown on horse behaviour, how to work with them and be their leaders before the ride. Its great for people who have never ridden a horse before.
You will not regret making time to do this. Great tuition from staff, wonderful healthy horses and scenery you won’t believe.
SO DISAPPOINTED!!!! BEWARE OF BOOKING WITH THIS BUSINESS!!! Communication from this business via email is slow or non existent. I was having to chase them constantly for information or answers to my questions. I signed up last minute to a horse clinic they were offering and they didn’t confirm my payment of $1500+ was received or send me any details about the format of the days or location etc until I chased them via phone calls. Unfortunately my horse was injured after being transported down south several days before the clinic which alone was traumatic plus I was so upset I wouldn’t be able to attend. I let them know straight away and had a vet report to confirm my horse was unable to attend. Not only was there a complete lack of sympathy for my situation but apparently any refund even partial was out of the question. They kept my $1500 even when I explained the extraordinary circumstances and mentioned my vet bill was likely to be double that. I was completely blown away. I have since heard of another participant unable to attend the same clinic with a lame horse who gave several weeks notice and again they DIDNT REFUND ANY OF THEIR MONEY!!! NEVER HAVE I MET ANYONE IN THE HORSE COMMUNITY SO UNETHICAL. It seems this business is out to keep your money no matter what. Such a shame as I would have attended plenty of other clinics or ridden on their treks had I had a better experience with them. BEWARE BEFORE YOU BOOK WITH THEM!
It’s an amazing riding to see the Lords of the Ring’s view and experience the fantastic riding experience. The team showed consideration and took care of us to make us feel comfortable to ride the horse even it’s our first time.
Did the wild river tour with them and it was amazing. It was 2 hours of walking pace riding into beautiful country. We had a perfect look on the mountains and we crossed some water streams. It was a wonderful experience and the horses are beautiful. Merlin you're the best!
We are first time rider but great guidance from the team at Dart Stables to familiarise us with the basic on handling our horses. Wonderful experience highly recommended!
