Mmm no wonder the store is closing.Least professional furniture store I have ever dealt with. Beware delivery service they usePossibly Geographe Deliveries. They were running late on a Friday afternoon and no interest in waiting 5 minutes while my husband removed legs of tableto enable eadier access.$180 cash ! ATO may be interested in cash business .
PROBLEMS DANKZ BUNBURY. Just wondering if anyone out there has had any problems like us? We paid a deposit for our goods. At no time could we get a delivery date for the goods due to them being manufactured overseas - 34 WEEKS TO DELIVER! Dankz wanted full payment without the goods having even arrived in Australia. When the goods arrived, we checked them at the Bunbury store. The electricals were wired incorrectly and failed. The goods then went back to Perth for repairs. The saleswoman told me that "It is just too hard to please some people". Now the goods after 1 month of use are failing, so we will see what happens next. Please let me know if you have shared the same experience.
Something seems off about this place. The staff are absolutely lovely. The place uses manual invoices, they use a finance portal for another store location. They don't seem to have particular procedures. I'd be dubious about trading with them if you do.

Placed order many weeks ago for delivery early Nov . Promised delivery to store for Wednesday 28th . Told to wait for phone call for pick up . No phone call and now i have no way of pick up after today . Sorry Dankz you will be asked to pay delivery . Poor service ,empty promises .
Excellent local staff, but the items are manufactured buy Arab company- so the leather may be halal certified
The sales staff have done a great job with decorating the show room.
