Very rude receptionist. She couldn’t understand herself and she was blaming me. Very unprofessional and idiotic behaviour. Never go back and you guys too don’t waste your time and money.

Very pathetic, worst & unprofessional staff specially the senior lady. They don’t value the time of other. No value of appointment. More than 1 hr waiting time. This is really frustrating. Definitely I will not recommend to anyone. Look for another option because when we ask front staff then they say you can go if you want.

Worst medical clinic ever. Waited for 2 hr and still did not seen by doctor.....would not come again and will not recommend anyone. Deserve negative star..huh

Just wasted an hour to see Dr Patel for nothing. Why book appointments, when they can't be met, should be a walk in service. My psychologist left this practice for the same reasons, everyone leaves bad comments about. If I could open a practice in the same street I would make a killing because of there bad service, I feel sorry for Dr hamimi cause he is an awesome doctor and the practice is his business, he needs to get his house in order.

One of the most unprofessional staff ever seen. Have seen people waiting till 12:00 and even more having appointment at 9:00 am. Also observed patients not getting the chance to see the doctor after waiting for 2 hours or more, And many more. All because of unprofessional staff, management, Receptionists and doctors. So If you still wanna wait for three hours or more than book an apointment. Never care for the patient's time and other activities.
