We were there to drop off a wine bottle for consignment. The store looks like it has extensive stock and probably carries some specialties given the area is considered 'affluent' . The staff member that served us was courteous and patient.
Excellent range of gin should you be looking for one that is a little different. Only pitfall is the appalling taste in music - hardly conducive to selecting a nice wine or a decent gin.
Last week my son and 14 year old granddaughter went in to purchase alcohol for his brother for his birthday and when they were at the counter an employee asked my granddaughter for her id and my son said she is my daughter and she isn't buying anything and the employee argued with him.so my son was upset and told the employee where to shove his alcohol and left.My son doesn't drink and was shocked at the treatment he received.Your staff needs training.
Harry and Byron are worth their weight in gold, their customer service is above and beyond.
Very friendly and helpful staff, never disappoints and wide range of alcohol to suit different budgets and tastes. Recommend.
