Just a standard liquoland but it was clean and well stocked and the staff member was friendly and helpfull.
Have been to this bottle shop to use a discount voucher from coles. They always seem to run out of discounted stock that is on a coles docket. Maybe get extra stock that will be discounted on coles dockets. BWS across the road never runs out of discounted items on shopper dockets. Also not a fan of the new beer fridge. The open front doesn’t keep the drinks ice cold.I hope that this store doesn’t deliberately let discounted items run out. But this may be a way to get the public into this store and potentially not give a discount from shopper dockets, when purchasing drinks.
I went there tonight to buy a couple of bottles of red which I often do. When I got to the counter the woman serving me wasn't happy about how I was wearing my mask and she tried to pick a fight about it. It's Vintage Cellars or BWS for me from now on, they just serve me and take my money.
I walk in and there are the 2 staff just standing around talking to each other ,didint acknowledge me . I get my drinks go to the counter and the guy scans my drinks then laughs at me and ask for ID. Just rude customer service.
A good range and price located adjacent to Coles Supermarket inside. Closes early on a Saturday at 5pm. Hopefully rectified when the new trading hours for Coles takes effect from December 1 to allow the supermarket and hopefully Liquorland to open until 9pm Saturdays.
Always polite and courteous staff members and ready to assist in an instant .
