Hi Just wanted to say a big thank you to the team at BWS Ascot, for always looking after me, in particular Jeremy who often helps me with picking out wine for presents etc.  Always friendly, and thank you for always having my brand of ouzo.  All the staff here are No 1 in my books.  Merry Xmas and thanks for going the extra distance.

Just called in to ask if they could change a $50, "no sorry can't", but I'm a regular, yea I know sorry can't.  Can't or wont, cant.
With my son waiting in a Taxi needing some cash, doesn't help.  I would have thought BWS would have point of difference customer service an helping regulars.  Anyway never going back,.  Perhaps should of bought a packet of chewy.

Perhaps Tez Aaa should have tried Woolies or maybe the cab driver should have had change.  What a joke.
