Dear Dan Murphy’s Customer Service Team,nnI am writing to express my disappointment regarding an unpleasant experience I recently had while collecting an order from one of your stores.nnI had placed three separate orders with different pickup dates, and each time I carefully selected my preferred pickup date during checkout. However, I noticed that my orders were being prepared for collection immediately after placement, regardless of the selected date.nnIn particular, for one of my orders scheduled for pickup on 3rd October, I arrived a few days late to collect it. The staff member who assisted me began arguing, insisting that my order had been ready for two weeks. When I showed her the confirmation indicating the 3rd of October as my pickup date, she responded dismissively, saying that I was not allowed to choose a pickup date and that “it’s none of my business.”nnI politely explained that Dan Murphy’s online system allows customers to select pickup dates, and that if this is not intended, the option should be removed. Instead of resolving the matter professionally, she continued to behave rudely and made inappropriate comments.nnAs a regular and loyal customer, I found this experience extremely disappointing and disrespectful. To make matters worse, my account now appears to be suspended or placed on hold, preventing me from placing further orders seemingly as a result of this incident.nnI request that this matter be investigated and that my account be reinstated. I would also appreciate an apology for the poor service and the unprofessional conduct I encountered.nnThank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response.
Beer and wines and liquor from all over the world available in this store at great prices. Prices are low and then they have members specials. I went there to get some English scrumpy. They also have a wide variety of regional beers and ales from the uk. As a pom that makes me very happy. Great staff
Had everything we needed. The guy on the desk was really knowledgeable and helped us get everything we needed. A good shopping experience.
Went there on Thursday to pick up online order. Staff member who served us he was extremely rude. Not going to that store again if there was option I would have given 0 star for customer service
Friendly staff and great service. Considering they are right by the airport I am impressed with their attention to detail. Highly recommend
