Always friendly staff interested in how your day has been and what tipple you are interested. They get to know what you like. Like for me Spanish Red so they will let me know if something of interest comes in.
In the 14 years coming to this store I have seen many staff changers, most moving on to other rolls within the company. I have always been happy with the service and happy greetings I receive at the Lutwyche store. The latest loss is Reice, hard working and very helpful. I feel he has passed these values on to Lutwyches current staff. Good luck to the Lutwyche store. I'll keep shoppin with ya!
Very friendly staff. The only bad thing really is the layout of the store, being a small store the shelves and floor space overflowing with stock makes it a little difficult to walk around.
Things have not changed here in the last 3yrs.Not a bad selection, and staff are always happy to advise on whats best.good prices ,very competitive.
Normally pretty good. Went there Monday night at 2040 and they were shut. Closing hour is 2100
You get to exchange money for beer and such, good times.
