Good price. Friendly & helpful service. Only two reccomendation : 1 Please put a good stereo system in the truck as we have to drive more than 600km while listening to the engine noise. 2- Also, the air conditioning in it. We were wet in sweat as the AC couldn't blow the cold air. Good for winters cz it was blowing hot air but not cold. I would highly recommend cut price rental for best service and good price. Thank you for your kind service.
Great customer service, car in excellent condition, would definitely use again. Note - there are no petrol stations on the same side driving from New Plymouth to the pick up/drop off point. Refuel at New Plymouth before returning.
Lifesavers!! Got stuffed around by budget rentals with a truck hire who didn't come through with a truck on moving day but cut price rentals were amazing and got us a truck within the hour and helped us out big-time!!
They don't do half day rentals on all trucks so be careful to choose. We used a small truck for couple of hours for about 12-15 kms and was charged $125 which is a rip off. Customer service of Cameron the owner is shady. Won't use them again.
Awesome customer service. Very informative and genuine guy. We hired a small truck for moving. Truck runs awesome and is very tidy. Would definitely use this company again.
Hi Folks , if any one looking to rent a car for their holiday, please never ever book your rental car from here , this is one of the most dodgy company in brisbane or gold coast , and please never ever provide your credit card details to them , they put the credit card on hold and never ever release the money out . i had a very bad experience with them , they still owe me $1000 AUD which they put on hold from my credit card and never released it . and don't even answer my phone calls .. so please everyone beware of this company before you book with them
The review by Ashim was a review for a different rental car company. In fact the company that he review is one based in Queensland where as this rental car company is based in New Plymouth, New Zealand
