Extremely confusing place. I'm not sure if it's specific to this branch, or if it's a general issue, however the disparity between info given and service provided between this branch and the head office is astounding. Whatever you hear on a call with head office will be negated here. If you set up an appointment with head office in this branch, you will be send back.

I had really high hopes about this place, but after 3 visits(!) left utterly disappointed. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE.

I came in yesterday to post something at 5.20pm as I managed to finish work and get there before it closed and popped my parcels in the Dropbox. After doing so, I was yelled at by a plump asian man with glasses. I didnt realize the slat infront of the opening so i apologised which he then gave me a dirty look, yelled behind him to his other work collegue and explained to her what i had done like i was a naugbty child before continuing to show his frustration as he spoke to the customer in front of him. I also noticed how impatient, patronizing and rude he was to a man obviously needing guidence to fill out some forms. This is the first time I have ever laid a complaint but I was so flabbergasted with the service that I felt the need to draw attention to this. I also happen to be in customer service myself and I wouldn't stand for either of my staff to act in such a manner. This is also not the first time I have noticed the grumpy rude service in this post office by the same prople. My question is, why are they there if they dislike their jobs so much and so openly express this. Has anyone else complained about the ill mannered man behind that desk? I'm sure they have! Just wanted to share my disappointment in hope you might hire someone more deserving of the job.

Every thing is fine but if you are a international student don't go near a old Chinese lady been very rude with out proper response and she scolds you for your mistake but the other staff are very kind and helpful except that old lady I forgot her name she use to wear glasses
