Usually pretty good but would be helpful if they put the right hours up. It said they closed at 6, I showed up at 5.35 and they were closed. Shouldn't have had to go pick up my parcels anyway as I was home but they didn't even attempt delivery

The ladies are great. Always a pleasure to deal with. They always greet me by name and are very helpful.

Couldn’t buy a stamp at this location during lockdown, which is weird considering they offer postal service. Staff was unhelpful and ended up going somewhere else.

Freezing in the summer and boiling in the winter. NZ Post is unable to hire people who understand how air conditioning works
