Very bad time/resource/staff management. In lunch time when most people come to the banks in the center of the city only one counter is open and there are about 15 people waitingall people didn't fit on the pic
Best customer service experience I had in Auckland. Banks are understandably busy in this area but I want to give a big shout out to Tino M for all his help getting my bank account in order in a timely manner. Thank you Tino!
Terrible service, this branch was a service mecca in the 1980's and now no one seems to know anything. Staff training must be absolutely useless. I used to bank here from 1985-1990 and it was the best bank ever, now staff can't or don't seem to want to help you. Boy did it go downhill fast!
It's good that ATM machinew can be used throughout the day, but some bankers throw receipts on the ground. Clearly there is a paper bin next to every ATM, so why do they litter...?
Very bad customer service, especially a staff who were at the cashier Friday 22th around 3 pm. The worst behaviour I have ever seen. Stupid.
Awesome! Special shout out to the employees "Ceelia"? And Shariffhope that's their names . Really good service ,and even helped me out despite me coming in 1minute before closing!! So good , great patience,good service. Well done team at ASB.
Poor level of customer service
The service at this branch was very poor. One of the middle aged Asian female tellers inside was very rude and asked her questions. She was very impatient and I just had to make an appointment to open a business account. Will not go again, this branch is very poor.
Excellent and efficient service, very friendly and helpful.
