Thank you thank you for making our 14 days hotel quarantine so wonderful.  The front desk staff when you dialled 9 just couldn’t be more helpful. Keep up the great work you have an amazing team look after them!

Currently doing quarantine here. Rooms are a bit dated, but very clean and tidy. Staff and really lovely and always willing to help. The food is fresh, yum and plentiful. Happy to recommend.

Did my 14 day quarantine at the crowne plaza, first time staying at the hotel.  10/10 IMO, the staff as well as the QPS stationed here have been great, couldn't have been more supportive and assisting through what is a challenging time for anyone. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Having to stay here for 14 days I was very hesitant. However the room and the staff has been absolutely fantastic and caring. Could not have been looked after more , under the circumstances. Thankyou to the staff! From room 601.

A Large room with a city view.  Luxury bath and large shower.  Air con and a balcony.  Comfy bed and the staff were very accommodating and friendly.  First time to surfers and will definitely be visiting again with this hotel.

I did 2 weeks quarantine at Crowne Plaza, staff were excellent, the hotel was great, views looking out at the Pacific ocean, all that was complimented with plenty of the chefs selection of amazing foods.

Enjoyed the stay. Rooms were clean and fresh. Fantastic ocean view
