Crown Promenade Melbourne

Great hotel, friendly staff. We were on the second last floor & had a really nice view over the city. The windows are nice & big & the rooms are spacious & very clean. We loved the pool. The water is very warm but the spa area is far too hot! Any hotter & you'd boil an egg in there. Also, if you want a quieter time with a partner, avoid coming over the weekend, it's full of kids & can be loud. Overall, lovely experience.

Great stay! Was in town for business and booked Crown Promenade for a short stay. From the moment I arrived the staff were attentive, helpful and friendly. I was checked in 3 hours early without fuss and was even given a room upgrade which had a fantastic view of the city. The rooms were immaculately clean, all facilities worked without problem, the bed was comfortable. Breakfast the following morning was fresh and had a large number of options to choose from. Checkout was simple and the concierge was happy to store my bag while I attended to a few other matters in the afternoon. I will definitely be staying at the Crown Promenade upon my next Melbourne visit.

First time in this motel. It was fantastic to experience a little luxury. Everything you need is either provided or close by. The Mesh breakfast was wonderful. Access to the pool, spa and gym can be included in your stay. Room service plus additional vouchers for the espresso bar and bowling. The rooms were very clean and tidy. Beds were comfortable but very warm. Cheaper movies options provided would be nicer - $20 to hire a movie is a bit steep considering village cinemas are only 5 minutes away. Overall a lovely experience. We got a package, that was $800 in total. For 3 nights. For 2 adults and one child the experience was nice. For a more luxurious stay I'd recommend close to $2000 for a more luxurious stay so you can enjoy more.

Crown promenade was a amazing little getaway with my family. As soon as we arrived we we're greeted by the valet, we handed our keys and they took care of everything for us. Check in was smooth and quick. We were on the 21st floor with city views. The rooms were clean and tidy maybe a little revamp would be nice. The pool was amazing clean fresh towels plenty and lounges to lay on ,kids had a ball. Room service was easy to order and quick too arrive everything was yummy and the delivery guys were amazing. I would recommend this place if you're visiting Melbourne as it's walking distance from everything.

Loved our stay here at the promenade. Beautiful suite on the 22nd floor had panoramic views of the south and north side of the city with comfortable air conditioned rooms. The pool was quite crowded and a little hot to be honest but still enjoyable. The rooms were sparkling clean. There were many toiletries of a really good size provided and the bathroom included a spa which was much appreciated. Definitely recommend promenade for a luxurious stay in Melbourne. Absolutely stunning. We had a bad experience at another hotel and needed somewhere to stay last minute. From the get go all staff were amazing, professional and delightful. The hotel and rooms were so clean, so well maintained and so luxurious. It felt like we were the first and only people to have stayed in this room and that's such a great feeling at a hotel. We had an amazing experience and will be back again. Thank you

We absolutely loved our stay my husband and I with our two children. The hotel was great and very clean. The room was perfect. We absolutely loved the pool and the staff were amazing. We enjoyed breakfast in the mesh, room service and loved the little Cafe. Location was perfect with access straight into crown precinct via the lifts. We can no fault our stay and are already planning our next stay.

I booked this stay as a Wedding Gift for my niece and her fiancé and they were extremely happy with the whole experience and the extra special way they were treated by the Crown Promenade Staff. The room had such a fantastic view and they were given complimentary champagne & chocolates which made their stay so special. The Duty Manager who booked this stay was fantastic and went above and beyond what I had expected to make sure the room I requested was made available and that the extra things such a complimentary champagne and chocolates were provided to make this couples stay special and amazing. I can't thank him or Crown Promenade staff enough they are the BEST!!!

I come down to Melbourne every year for the tennis and I've stayed at Crown Promenade a few times. It's always a 5/5 experience. The rooms are clean and spacious, the service is fantastic and it's a hop, skip and a jump to all the sights. I also find their rates incredibly competitive compared to the other 4/5-star hotels I've stayed at in the city.

Fantastic 4.5 star hotel. Stayed there when it first opened and then more recently in Jan 2023. The second time was even better. The customer service is excellent and personalised from the valet parking welcome, to the reception check-in, to the house keeping. The hotel pool was a stand out as well for me.Rooms: 5/5
