I highly recommend CrossFit Abode, I have noticed considerable improvements over my first month. The facilities and equipment are excellent, they have everything you need. The coaches are friendly and knowledgeable, always helping improve my form. The community is friendly and welcoming. The variety of the workouts is awesome, the coaches explain all the exercises and give scaling options to meet everyone's fitness needs. I am very happy I took the leap and joined CrossFit Abode.
I love the variety of exercises that all challenge me. The staff are caring and understanding of my personal limitations, and continually tailor the challenges to suit those individual limitations. The others in the sessions are all supportive and encouraging of each other and me!, which makes each workout a great experience. The continual small improvements I can feel or see, are also great motivation to keep going. One of the best health improvers I've undertaken, and I am looking forward to continuing my growth next year.
Where do you start…this place is an absolute game changer! Whilst there are obvious positive outcomes to your fitness and overall health, which is the assumed benefits to commencing Cross or any fitness training. However, the part of going to CrossFit Abode that has unequivocally impacted my life is the community. From the moment you step in the door at CrossFit Abode, you are welcomed, not just by those who are paid to do so, but by the other participants. People there are genuinely happy because you showed up today and they cheer you on, regardless of if you’re lifting a broomstick or the heaviest weight in the room. Competition still does exist if you want to partake, however it is based on building each other up, not tearing your opponent down. The coaches are all so incredibly knowledgeable and supportive- regardless of your abilities. They have the skills to modify ANYTHING to ensure ANYONE and EVERYONE can participate. There is such a focus on safe lifting and safe progression to the next level of movements to help mitigate risk of injury which is often not accurately reflected in the media surrounding CrossFit. CrossFit Abode is a true reflection of their claim to be “your home of health, happiness and performance”. I could never thank or praise Cobi and his team enough for the community and environment they have created and continue to grow.
The trainers and other members at Abode are so friendly and make you feel welcome from your very first session. I love the variety of the workouts and attention to detail on technique and warm up. Would highly recommend to anyone :
Walking into CrossFit Abode South was the best decision I made! The gym, trainers and programs are all first class and the sense of community is an added bonus. CrossFit Abode South is now my happy place

I love the support from other members. I am a beginner but dont feel intimidated. It is hard work but rewarding.
