Staff are always friendly and happy to help with machines and questions. Really nice, new modern gym. Modern cardio machines that connect to the internet, TV and games. Even has an area of fake grass where you can do core and stretching. Doesn't feel like a 'boys club' or that you're not welcome - which I've felt at other gyms.

Great place to workout, clean and well maintained equipment. Staff is  friendly . Love to workout here .
