Our coaches are friendly, highly qualified and come with years of experience. We train hard but we have fun doing it, our environment is second to none and our community is of one that shares the same values and enthusiasm for you to perform at your best from the beginner to the advanced athlete.

First session is free. Gym is clean. Trainers are friendly. But in order to continue, got to attend special a few begginer sessions that are in evenings only, and unfortunately that is when I am unavailable

I have been a member at other Boxes and Crossfit Boss is a very welcoming place to be & there standards are next level. The Coaches are awesome!! Beginners or advanced give it a go, you won't be disappointed.

Crossfit Boss is my place to go to daily! Great members and even greater coaches. So supportive and encouraging to challenge yourself and be the best and healthiest you can be! Absolutely recommended.
