Fernwood Capalaba really is the best gym in the Redlands! They go above and beyond for their members and have the most lovely customer service!!! I love all of the Group Fitness classes plus the 24/7 access!! They also provide free child minding, massage chairs, infrared sauna, coffee machine & more! After trying a ladies only gym I would never go back to a mixed!!

friendly staff and very clean has many things that women need like hair drier and that is definitively a plus.. they don't  have a good variety of cardio machines and some don't work properly and the tv channels u can watch while u are exercising are only 2 or 3 including a kids tv channel ????? anyhow isa
