Great all around training facility. I found I couldn't squat or dead lift for many years until I worked with the head coach. I had many mobility deficiencies and therefore avoided high compound movements. The head coach was able to amend these problems with certain stretches and accessory work which very quickly enabled me to execute the high compound movements. This was a vast contrast to other coaches I'd worked with in the past. I found his overall approach to be intricate, scientific and very practical - From the diet to the training, and overall re-comp process. I found that he was able to educate me in certain areas of the diet and therefore was able to make smarter decisions making it a better overall lifestyle balance. To that, I find the facility: - To be very welcoming and community orientated where you can make friends and supportive of one another - Clean and tidy - To have great equipment - to be more motivating than your standard commercial gyms. I strongly recommend Eastside Barbell to: 1. Competitive athletes that are relatively experienced and plateauing 2. Anyone new to power lifting 3. Anyone wanting to adopt a healthier lifestyle. Keep up the good work!

Amazing place to teain and learn, so much knowledge and advice available, i will be making the long journey to carry on learning and even at my tender age improving:)
