I don't understand the hand therapy that takes calls are extremely rude and disrespectful to patients. What makes it worse is that they lie about patient behaviour in order not to help the community. It's extremely sad that this is appropriate behaviour in the medical industry
We saw Dr Jim for an appointment for my 10 month old son. I was a bit anxious in the lead up, but Dr Jim was so friendly and re assuring. He put my mind at ease and was very professional and knowledgeable!
I went to the Pathology for some tests. The lady was professional, polite and fun to talk too. Can't wait to get another blood test to say hi again. xxx

Had appt with Doctor Suguna Ganesan…she never ever listens to her patients and does whatever she wants to….Even the way she talks if very rude and she scared me last time on my obstetrics appt that raised my anxiety levels and BP too. A doctor should be the one who help their patient and treat them in nice way as being outpatient I pay 390$ every single visit still no humanity being shown…I requested a for letter for job purpose she told me you can have from your GP but why ???My all appointments are with her now so why should I spent my money again to book GP to get letter . Such a rude response and unprofessional behaviour.
