Had appt with Doctor Suguna Ganesan…she never ever listens to her patients and does whatever she wants to….Even the way she talks if very rude and she scared me last time on my obstetrics appt that raised my anxiety levels and BP too. A doctor should be the one who help their patient and treat them in nice way as being outpatient I pay 390$ every single visit still no humanity being shown…I requested a for letter for job purpose she told me you can have from your GP but why ???My all appointments are with her now so why should I spent my money again to book GP to get letter . Such a rude response and unprofessional behaviour.
No fcuks given about schedule and appointments. Looks like the head of this hospital has no idea what they are doing. Government worker ! Appointments are always 2-3 hours late on average. We were there for our appointment three times in June and each time we waited 2-3 hours on average only to be hurried through our appointment.
A special thanks to physiotherapists Ernie and Christina for a fabulous job In my recovery from a broken hip. We set a goal and reached it with a dedicated exercise program in record time. Would highly recommend
Overall experience is good. When you first enter the building, you can check in yourself at the automated machine by entering your name, DOB, Medicare number, mobile number if you already have an appointment prior to that. The machine will print out a ticket for you. Wait for the number on your ticket to come up on the screen to know which consultant room you need to go to then just heading to that room, your doctor or specialist will wait for you there.nYou have to pay for parking, the fee is $5 for up to 3 hours. You can also park at Mc Donald area if it is not busy. You can either pay for parking at the automatic machine in front of the entrance or at the park way out area.
Appointments mean nothing you always wait alot longer than your time and they have paid parking to make the most of it. Scummy place.
