Staff customer service was very impolite. I asked to switch for regular miky train card to disability concession one and do I get a refund from my old card. The staff told me I need to pay for the new concession card and he took my old card. I’m paying for full price on the concession card and why he took my old card which I paid full price on it! And his attitude and tone was not very nice!
disappointing. took me 90 secs to get from platform 1 to platform 2, and it involved me using a pedestrian level crossing. it's about time this place got an underpass or at the very least a footbridgenbus connection looks good though
Good bus connectivity with the train. Its probably time to upgrade.
This happened 5:30 in the afternoon 2nd of April 2024. The male staff aged 50 something, white hair. I didn’t get his name since I cannot look at him bc of anger/embarassmentnnPoor customer service! One of the staff/employee im not sure what’s his position in customer service was so rude to me! He was sitting inside looking at the computer doing nothing bc he was waiting for the two persons talking to each other in front of his counter and I tried to ask where is the right platform going to somewhere and he just told me that he was talking to someone in a very rude way!!!nn“Hello, we are going to —— “ he interrupted me and said “Im talking to someone” i was like, okay??nnI turned my back bc I was so embarrassed the way he said that to me. I approached him nicely.nnAfter that he was laughing and went to the other side of the counter and called us and said “They’re taking their time. I can help you.” Like nothing happened at all.nnOfcourse I need help bc i dont know where to go that’s why I asked him again. I still talked to him nicely and said thank you so much after what he did to me.nnI was so disappointed that I need to write a review bc I didn’t deserve that. No one deserves that kind of attitude. Please do something about this matter.
Stepped off the train at craigieburn station, immediately got rolled for my Nike TN's by some eshay adlays. i gave them the shoes but they still stabbed me anyways. 10/10 authentic craigieburn experience.
