This is the 2nd pair of subscription eye wear from Craig Martens, and it has never been so precise. Wonderful service and great people.
I went in to get my eyes tested, the reception was absolutely lovely, I had an amazing conversation with Kristin. Craig was lovely, examining my eyes and politely explaining to me what was the issue. If I ever have another issue, I'm definitely going back. Recommending to friends and family.
I went to Craig for my 5 kids, my husband and my eye tests. Not only did I receive thorough and comprehensive examinations beyond what I’d previously experienced, I also enjoyed the familiarity of a family run business and an optometrist that was happy to explain to me everything and answer all of my questions with the enthusiasm of a person in their natural field of passion and expertise. Would recommend Craig Martens to anyone looking for an optometrist in Hervey Bay.
DISGUSTED! ABHORRENT BEHAVIOUR! my daughters prescription is the LOWEST available. can buy it over the counter because its so low. sales staff tried to sell my 12 yr old SWAROVSKI designer frames and the most expensive custom tint lenses designed for driving. A 12 yr old can't drive, Kristen the sales woman tried to justify it by claiming it was for the classroom. there are many tints available to help in a classroom environment, a tint advertised solely for driving purposes IS NOT the only option. It is not even the best option. MONEY GRUBBING LOWLIFES TRYING TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF A CHILD. we will be finding a different optometrist for our family. I suggest everyone do the same. AVOID THE LYING MANIPULATIVE STAFF!
