Excellent service and attention. I required a new pair of glasses to replace a pair I broke whilst on holidays. I was able to get an appointment with the optometrist the next day (and she was very thorough) and a new pair of glasses made up on the spot - thanks Kylie. I have never had this before and certainly could not fault their service or workmanship. I would highly recommend this business.

The worst service I have ever received from an optometrist. First script was incorrect, very limited range of glasses, terrible service and rude staff. They are more than happy to take your money and even after nearly 2 months I am still without glasses. I have asked for a refund and was then informed by the optometrist that it would take nearly 4 weeks for my private health fund to receive the funds back. I was informed of a quicker way by my health fund which Looking Smart refused to do. While I was in the store today there were 2 other people complaining about their glasses. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!!!
