I do not recommend this optometrist, especially to pensioners. During my recent visit the optometrist walked past me twice whilst I was in the waiting area without even an acknowledgement. Whilst having my eye examination the optometrist was not helpful nor friendly and refused to test my eyes to find out what strength contact I would need for reading. Her reasons were beause I buy my contacts online not through her I buy online because I can buy them some $50 cheaper than through her facility the other reason she gave was because I was a Medicare patient and she is only paid $58 for a 30 minute appointment. She did not care in the slightest that I was inclined not to use her services in the future, to make matters worse she charges a $30 admin fee for ordering the free spectacles for pensioners under the Government scheme. I feel this so called professional is more interested in making as many dollars as she can rather the patients eye health. I will definitely not be returning to her practice.
