It's great having a hardware store in the neighbourhood, and I don't mind paying a bit more than I'd normally pay in the big chains like Bunnings/Masters, but the customer service here really lets you down. It feels like the staff are always doing you a favour.

I go there often and purchase things from a range of light globes, to drill bits to drills, and much more. I cannot fault these guys - they are extremely helpful, very pleasant to deal with, and summarize exactly what i expect in customer service. Thanks guys!

One less customer for Bunnings. Proactive helpful staff. Immediate help, immediate resolution, in and out in minutes. My new favourite "real" hardware store !

Staff always willing and ready to help even for the smallest purchase. Small hardware but has basically everything. For the non-trades person this is a great place to get information and help for your requirements.
