If you're a homeless woman sleeping in your car this can be one of the safer places around. There's an amenities block just up Green st which is clean and well lit. Keep an eye out for market dates. The market stall holders tend to get snotty about human beings on the periphery of their setup. It's well lit enough and close to the shopping centre so there's not too much issue with creeps. Healesville is a safe enough town, clean up after yourself and avoid the substance users and you should be okay. 
HICCI is the homeless support service up on high St, they can help you out with food, some vouchers and even fresh food from the community garden.
