A million tank yous to Michelle Halder at the Karingal branch. Michelle helped with every step of the mortgage plan review and re-assessment. We were very happy to have her on-board during that hectic time.

I should select no star. All staff are useless. NEVER GO IN KARINGAL COMMBANK. i am commbank customer throught my life and they didnt assist me. I went in ANZ instead. Guess what! All i wanted was coins but they refused saying they dont have coins? Can you believe its a bank and dont have coins? Sencond point to be noted, all commbank customer were queing outside bank even though they have massive space inside. When i gave suggestion to bring bank customer inside instead of them waiting out lady said,"yes you are right thank you and directed me to get out". VERY UNSATISFACTORY EXPERIENCE. I AM MOVING MY BUSINESS OUT OF COMMBANK. ANZ IS THE BEST. EVERYONE READING THIS PLEASE MOVE TO DIFFERENT BANK. COMMBANK KARINGAL BRANCH DONT CARE OF THEIR CUSTOMER.
