Couldn't give them 1 star the far worse customer service 20 min wait and they had 12 staff on line was out the door and they olny had 2 people working. Not good will not go back again

Good as any bank, except if the line gets 2ppl or more, they come ask if there's anything they can help you with incase you don't need to withdraw.

Worst branch when ever i go there manager is always rude .What is the point of having business account you can't use business teller you have to wait in long queue they always tell you there is a no business teller when the sign is there.
I live in cranbourne but now i have stop going to the cranbourne branch because i can't stand with manager's rude behavior. I recommend go to frankston branch.
